An accident led to the closure of a busy road.
The A34 Congleton Road in Moreton has been closed in both directions from Child’s Lane to Chance Hall Lane, according to traffic data company Inrix.
The road was closed at 6 p.m. and opened again at 7.40 p.m.

An Inrix spokesperson said: “The A34 Congleton Road is closed in both directions between Child’s Lane and Chance Hall Lane due to an accident. The traffic gets along well.
“The street was closed at 6 p.m.
“The road was released again at 7:40 p.m.”
The accident was first reported shortly after 6 p.m.
