Four men have been arrested following an altercation on Liverpool Road in Chester this morning.
The men aged 28, 23, 29 and 40 had been traveling towards Morrisons at 7.40am in two separate vehicles, a car and a van.
As they approached Total Fitness, an argument broke out between one of the men in each vehicle.
Detective Inspector Danielle Knox said: “The road was very busy at the time and people will have likely seen the incident unfold. I’d urge anyone who witnessed it or has captured dash cam footage to contact us to assist us with our investigation.”
