Car retailer Lookers have launched a new employee training program that they say will create 80 new jobs, including 10 within Cheshire.
An annual salary of £25,000 plus a company car and uncapped earning potential after training will be available to success applicants, as well as the opportunity to work with some of the world’s biggest car brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Audi and more.
The six-month ‘Jump Start’ program will include dedicated classroom and on-the-job training for every candidate. The company are keen to hear from individuals of all ages with previous customer service experience.
Those who become part of Lookers’ growing sales teams will also have access to its health and wellbeing platform ‘Smart Health’ giving them round-the-clock GP access and a range of support in wellbeing, fitness and nutritional advice.
The company recently confirmed its largest ever intake of apprenticeships with plans to recruit 208 young people in maintenance, servicing and parts across the UK.

With five major Lookers dealerships across the county and city, we anticipate that the new Jump Start program will help to create up to 10 new roles for local people, providing real, rewarding career opportunities with one of the top motoring retailers in the country.”
