One of the best pizza restaurants in Manchester is growing again with a new opening on the outskirts of Greater Manchester.
Rudy’s, which was founded in Ancoats in 2015, has its sights set on a new location in the suburbs of Cheshire.
The new neighborhood pizzeria opens this spring in the heart of Stockton Heath in Warrington.
This is the seventh restaurant under Rudy’s, one of the greatest hospitality success stories in Manchester.

“As a team, we can’t wait to meet the locals and neighbors and become part of city life.”
During the lockdown, Rudy’s launched back-at-home pizzas and opened a new website in Sale that never welcomed dine-in customers due to local restrictions.
The authentic Neapolitan floppy-bottom pizzas have been voted among the best in Europe.
The pizza dough is made fresh daily with Caputo ’00’ flour that ferments for at least 24 hours, along with the best ingredients imported from Naples twice a week before being cooked in a wood-burning oven for just 60 seconds.
The newest pizzeria opens at 19 Walton Road in Stockton Heath this spring.
