Not long before an exciting new eatery lights its smoker.
Here’s a sneak peek of what Hickory’s Smokehouse Wilmslow will look like inside as it prepares to welcome customers on Monday, July 19th.
The restaurant on Racecourse Road is now taking bookings online.
A spokesman for Hickory’s Smokehouse said, “At Hickory’s Smokehouse we’re fanatical of flames, stupid smokers, and utterly obsessed with the smells, tastes and traditions of the deep south.
“We are always greeted like old friends on our travels, and we just wanted to bottle the generosity and open-hearted hospitality of the southern states.
“From how our Pitmasters smoke meat, to the secret recipe for rubs and sauces, to making the best Bourbon Old Fashioned, we keep learning new things.
“Hospitality doesn’t stop at our doorstep, we want to become part of the local communities in which we live.
“We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome you all.”
The company hosts local events and raises funds for the selected charity, Cash For Kids.
So far the restaurant chain has raised £ 150,000.
The restaurant serves brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is open seven days a week.
