The Ethical Social Group, a technology company committed to providing people with a positive and safe social media experience, has appointed a new CEO and Chairman of the Board.
The Macclesfield-based group that developed the social platform Wndr and the dating app Fluttr has appointed Rhonda Alexander (pictured right) as CEO and Louise McCarthy (pictured left) as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fluttr.
Fluttr is slated to hit the market this fall and works with built-in ID verification required to join to ensure members are who they claim to be and provide members with a secure community.
Rhonda Alexander is a board member of the Ethical Social Group and founder of the Maven Group, which provides advisory and advisory services to startups, SMEs and nonprofits. She also has experience with The WealthiHer Network, Ballistra Group and Cherry London.
Louise McCarthy, an industry leader who is a CXO board advisor and a non-executive director for companies like Recognize Bank, is also joining the technology company. She has worked for leading brands and institutions such as HSBC, HMRC and Specsavers.
